The Truth About Money

Financial Falacies

A complete history of all the want, misery, crime and
distress brought to the humanity by the means of
financial panics brought about by the suspension of
specie payments and bank failures would fill volumes
with records of untold suffering.

Upon every page would be inscribed the wail of
starving children, the breaking hearts of women,
and the blighting despair which comes to manhood
when the toil of his best years has been swept away
forever.
Humanity has been desolated by what is commonly
termed a financial panic, which has brought ruin and
robbery to hundreds and thousands of its people.

Everything You Know About SEO... Is Dead Wrong!

Millions upon millions of dollars’ worth of property
have been consigned to the hands of a receiver and
sacrificed under the sheriff’s hammer. Millions more
have been foreclosed at one-third its real value.

The hard earnings of a lifetime have been swept away,
and the aged and despoiled have found their only solace
in the comforts of a county poorhouse. Men, women and
children have faced starvation for weeks and months,
and then utterly perished within a stone’s throw of
gigantic granaries literally bursting with the golden fruits
of earth. Hundreds, nay, thousands, of self-sustaining
men have been converted into tramps and beggars.
Suicide and crime have been the legitimate offsprings
of these disastrous times.

On the other hand we see a class of individuals who are
always ready and able to take advantage of these
financial conditions, and what becomes one man’s loss
becomes another’s gain. Men so favored double and
quadruple their estates at every turn in the wheel of
fortune until their wealth rolls into millions thus
accumulated. They reap what they did not sow.
They possess what they did not produce. They live
in luxurious idleness upon the wealth which others
have created. They control legislation in favor of
these conditions, and see no wrong in thus exploiting
their fellow-man.

These economic phenomena are occurring every day.
Their frequency have so stupefied our faculties that
we do not grasp the enormity of the crime. Society
has so long lived under these conditions that it has
lost sight of the primal rights of man and does not
recognize that business can be conducted on any
other basic principle.

No thoughtful man or woman can contemplate this
picture so dark, so distressing in all its features, without
feeling that there is some cause for these dire calamities;
for philosophy teaches us that no result can exist without
a cause, and no effect can ever cease until its cause is
removed.

This social problem, this problem of the age, of which
some one has said : happy our generation, if science
sometime gives the key, stands at the very GATES OF
THIS REPUBLIC knocking for a solution, and if the
intelligence of this nineteenth century fails to interpret
it, then disaster and calamity such as we little know must
overtake and engulf the generations of the twentieth.

begin a journey like this without a map? A map for a

business journey is called a business plan. A

business plan is the most important step in starting

your own business. You must have a plan in mind

and on paper to get loans any type of investing support.

Introduction

Your first page will be a cover page that will have the

name of your business and the names and addresses

of all the people involved. The second page will be the

introduction. You will explain in a few simple sentences

what your business does and relate any of it's

accomplishments. Write any information that will

capture the imagination of the reader so that he will

read on! Also it could be good to let the reader know

what is needed from him.

Product or Service

Describe in detail your product.
Is it one of kind? Is your

way of marketing it unique? Is your location the best?

If any of these are true of your business now is the time

to express it. A simple drawing or a couple of

Making Eye Contact

Many of my executive clients are challenged
to remember the names of the multitude of
individuals working for and around them.
They buy books on name recognition and about
creating new habits. For the most part, this
works, at least for a while.

What is their goal? In the rush of their
fast-paced days, these leaders simply want
others to know how much they care, to make
their employees feel valued and appreciated.

You would be able to establish the same click
when you cannot bring up the individual's
name by the simple joy of direct and
deeply-earnest eye contact?

JustArticlesVIP.com The Wholesale Article Club

In First Impressions, What You Don't Know
About How Others See You, authors Ann Demarais,
Ph.D. and Valerie White, Ph.D. write the
following about eye contact:

Eye contact is a clear indication of interest,
especially in American culture. We normally
look others in the eye most of the time we
are talking to them. The rest of the time we
may be looking at their mouths, other parts
of their faces, or briefly away. If you know
your own eye-contact pattern, you are in a
position to control the messages you want to
send. If you want to show interest, you can
hold your gaze longer, even just a fraction
of a second longer than normal. Most people
are very aware of being looked at and will feel
this small difference—getting the message that
you like them or find them appealing.

Everything You Know About SEO... Is Dead Wrong!

I know from my years of teaching networking
workshops, that the main reason you might forget
names is that you are distracted by what you are
going to say to this person, thus focusing on
yourself rather than the individual with whom
you are speaking. It would be so simple to just
change your focus to them!

I've also learned that only 7% of what you
communicate is in the form of 'words. The balance
of non-verbal communication lies in bodily
movement and that includes your visual connection.
According to Demarais and White, it only takes
four seconds to make a first impression. In the
first few moments of a conversation, what do you
think would be most effective - looking the
individual directly in his eye or mumbling about
your inability and sorrow over forgetting his name?

This week, release your inner pressure to remember
names. Focus instead on a deeper form of recognition
and communication that you care -- look deeply into
the artwork of each individual's eyes. You can reap
rich rewards for both you and the person who's name
you cannot remember by know how this simple eye
contact technique affects him. Enjoy your discoveries
and have a grand week.
